1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NailShutter (the "Service"), operated by NailShutter ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

NailShutter lets a salon upload photos of its nail designs and embed a widget on its own website. Visitors to that website can upload a photo of their hand and receive an AI-generated preview of a chosen design applied to it, then follow a link to the salon's existing booking system.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the design photos, logo, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to use and display it, and you grant us a license to host, display, and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, showing your designs in your widget and using them as a reference image for the AI try-on feature.

Don't upload content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to use.

5. Customer photos and the AI try-on feature

When a visitor to your widget uploads a photo to try on a design, that photo is used only to generate their preview and is not stored by us afterward. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees

Some or all of the Service may require payment of subscription fees, as described to you at sign-up or on our pricing page. If you're on a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees on time. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe on anyone's rights, upload harmful code, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service, including AI-generated previews, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AI- generated previews are approximations and may not perfectly match how a design will look in person; we don't guarantee their accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NailShutter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know before they take effect.
